SRS was founded and is managed by Thomas Dabertin, the only management consultant based in Lake County, Indiana that is both a certified management consultant (CMC) and a certified professional consultant to management (CPCM).  Mr. Dabertin is a life-long resident of Northwest Indiana and has more than 20 years of executive and senior management level experience in five sectors of business (manufacturing, service, government, education and not-for-profits).  He has served as a town manager, assistant superintendent of schools, and is the former director of operations of the Museum of Science and Industry in Chicago, Illinois.  He earned his Masters Degree in Business Administration from Purdue University and has a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science.  Mr. Dabertin is involved in numerous community activities and organizations.  To continue to upgrade and hone his management skills, Mr. Dabertin teaches at the School of Management at Purdue University Calumet.
